Friday Feature: black cats

I'm sure that almost everyone reading this already knows that I love cats.  Some of you probably don't know that I have had a soft spot for black cats ever since I was little.  One of my cats growing up was all black.  She passed away 8 years ago, and I still love to feature black cats around Halloween in her honor.  I'm sure that almost everyone knows that I also have an almost all black kitty now that I also love very much so this is for her, too.  Enjoy.

    Black cats have such striking eyes! When I was a kid we had a wonderful black cat named Tabitha.

    I love the black kitties! I had a black kitty named Panther who I'll miss forever so I always gravitate towards black kitties!

    What cool items! I love kitties no matter their stripes or colors! I, too, had an all black cat when I was young, appropriately named Midnight but called Blackie! My daughter has an all black cat I featured on my blog a couple times--Edward Bunk.

    AWESOME POST! I think we are two peas in a pod. Funny because I just published my blog post today about one of my black cats. And I did it before I saw this one. Great minds think alike!

    I think your kitty that is now in Heaven would really appreciate this post too.

    My human has shared her life with a couple of black cats, and she thinks they are awesome! She especially likes the print - she's seen it somewhere else before and remembers it.

    That art print is gorgeous! My Mommeh used to have an all black kitteh many, many years ago. Her name was Slinky.
