Jacobus Park in the spring

Some days are so beautiful that you have to drop everything, get outside, and take some pictures.

F is for Dandelion Flowers

Are you ready for another round of Alphabe Thursday? Let's go!

I visited dandelions back in December during the last round of Alphabe Thursday and am excited to be re-visiting them today. Many of you know that I love dandelions and seem to keep photographing them wherever I go. Enjoy.

regrouping and some spring yard photos

So I unintentionally took a week off of blogging at the beginning this month. It's the first time that I've taken a week off from this blog since I started it back in late 2008, which is nothing short of a miracle. Then I took another week off to get back into a scheduling posts routine so that I wouldn't be scrambling to get back on track. I could have pushed to get right back into it, but I just didn't feel like doing that to myself at this point. And here we are. I'm starting off simple with some pictures that I took of spring right in my own yard earlier this month. Enjoy.

photo share: a hint of spring

After such a ridiculous winter, it's hard to imagine that it will ever be warm again. It's great to start seeing some early signs of nicer weather ahead. Nature is amazing.

What does early spring look like in your area?

photo share: Mitchell Park Domes Conservatory

Right before I went to Vegas last month, I went to the Michell Park Domes. I still have some winter pictures to edit, but I know that we all need to see some green this time of year. Enjoy.

Check out pictures from previous Mitchell Park Domes excursions here and here.
