I know that this topic was actually from last month, but I didn't want to skip it. Two of my all time favorite recipes for any time of year, but especially summer, are tuna salad and chicken salad. It took me a while to get Jake to try them, but now he loves them as much as I do. Of course, Angel does as well! I've developed a set of ingredients that I use for both. I wrote it up as a hub.
