photo share: June concerts

As many of you already know, June was an amazing month of attending concerts and shows for me and Jake. Our lineup consisted of the following:

• The Book of Mormon in Chicago
• A Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra concert inspired by the music of Mad Men
• Wicked in Milwaukee
• My brother playing with Grazyna Auguscik and others at Polish Fest (actually, this one was just me)
• I'm Not a Pilot at the Lakefront Festival of Art
• Two stints of Summerfest including I'm Not a Pilot again and another one of my brother's bands, Hood Smoke

We were way overdue for this, and every single minute of it was completely worth it. I also had the opportunity to take pictures at several of these events, which was even more amazing. Today I'm sharing just a few of my pictures from Polish Fest, Lakefront Festival of Art, and Summerfest. Enjoy. (My brother is the one on keyboards at Polish Fest and Summerfest.)

Jake keeps asking me why so many of my photos are in black and white. It just seems to keep happening. It may pass soon or it may go on for years. It's hard to tell. I'm really not sure what else to say about that. He also wanted to know why I've been taking so many pictures at concerts that don't include people's heads.
