Friday Feature: resin bangles

I don't own any resin bangles, but obviously that needs to change in the near future because there are some awesome options out there.

EtsyBloggers Carnival: back to school fashion

Treasury round up will return next week.  I wasn't able to collect treasuries while I was out of town this week, but I'll gather them up and post everything next week.

One of the current EtsyBlogger Carnival topics is to talk about back to school fashions from my shop.  With a jewelry shop, there are tons of different options for back to school.  Of course pieces with fall colors are always a good choice.  (Click on the photos for the listings.)

Search fall in my shop for a few additional pieces.

I also be listing these sometime next month. (Yes, listing a seasonal piece in the correct season!)

Another fun consideration for a lot of the skinnier pieces in my shop is layering.  I know that this is not everyone's style, but I have always enjoyed stacking several bracelets together.

A lot of my narrower right angle weave bracelets are perfect for this.

Browse my right angle weave section for more choices.  There is no end of possibilities for different color combinations, themes, textures, styles, etc.

Does anyone else enjoy layering their bracelets?  I would love to see your techniques for this.

button feature

I was all set to put this post together last night. But then the Internet went down in our ice storm and didn't come back up until sometime very late last night or very early this morning. Yes, the ice storm did mean ANOTHER snow day yesterday and a late start for my school today. Crazy! I was going to take a picture of the iced trees today, but I didn't think of it until it was dark out. Maybe tomorrow.

I haven't done a button feature in quite a long time. Here are a few of my newer favorites. Enjoy!

fringed

I snagged a treasury in West tonight. I made the poster sketch for it quite a while ago and am excited to have it up finally! Ever since I made my Chocolate Temptation cuff, I've been into making bracelets with fringe. I am not planning to make anything that elaborate again any time soon, but I have enjoyed making bracelets with smaller fringe like my turquoise and red fringed peyote cuff. I've spent a lot of time admiring fellow Etsy sellers' fringed bracelets and wanted to feature some of them myself. You can see the "fringed" treasury by CLICKING HERE. It will be up until Tuesday, April 21 4:46 AM EST.
