Bokeh restaurant sign.
I didn't take a ton of pictures in the casinos, but there are so many neat possibilities.
The conservatory in the Bellagio was decorated for Chinese New Year while we were there. Apparently they change it up every couple months or so.

Looking at the strip from the southeast.
The M&M store on the strip is a staggering four stories. It's worth a visit. I'm sure that it's a huge surprise that their candy display really appealed to me.
It's been so hard to pick out just a few favorite Red Rock Canyon shots to share right away, but this is definitely one of them.
We were there late enough in the afternoon to see some very cool shadowing.
And finally, one more night shot from the strip. I took more night shots on this trip than I ever have in my life, and I really pushed myself to improve my technique. I'm very pleased with a lot of the results.
What have you been photographing lately?
Great shot of the canyon! We went to Vegas two years ago and my favorite store was the M&M store. But then again, I am an M&M addict. I'm off to check out your first set now. Isn't Vegas fun? And expensive!
ReplyDeleteThe blurred neon signs are fun! And the picture of Jake at the Canyon is so great!
ReplyDeleteWOW! That first photo of the restaurant sign is stunning! And there are so many M&Ms!
ReplyDeleteMore great shots of Vegas! I love the Bellagio's floral displays and the M&M store too! Was there a race car on the top floor still? That is a great photo of Jake at Red Rock Canyon!
ReplyDeleteThe night shot is excellent!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe all those M&Ms!
Very cool! I haven't been to Vegas in years. Nice to see the scenery around the area, too. M&M store??? LOL How did I miss that one!
ReplyDeleteOh my god, I completely forgot that the Hoover Dam is right there! We haven't been to Vegas in six years, but we're thinking of heading out there in June. It's such a fun place. I'm glad you guys had fun!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot of Hoover Dam -- it is massive, isn't it! Jake in the canyon is a great shot too -- would be cool framed! Glad you went to the M&M Factory -- it is really beyond awesome!
