After such a ridiculous winter, it's hard to imagine that it will ever be warm again. It's great to start seeing some early signs of nicer weather ahead. Nature is amazing.
I love when everything comes back to life in the spring! Our purple flowers like that bloom in January here so we've got flowers everywhere now! The trees are slower with the leaves this year though but I watch their progress every day. I just love the earth all fresh and new!
There's nothing much sweeter than the appearance of tiny blooms. The oak tree in our front yard is almost finished with its greening -- I love its lush leaves!
I was at the arboretum on Friday and I saw some little flowers! I didn't see many tree buds yet. One of the perennials in the backyard is growing (I forget the name) but that's it so far.
Gorgeous photos! I love the purple flowers. For me, early spring looks partially cloudy and drizzling instead of pouring down rain. It's a pleasant change!
The crocus are such a great sight! I had yellow ones last week, but the cold did them in last night! It's great to see new growth on the trees as well!
Dear Rose, Beautiful pictures of nice days to come; though it was very chilly and windy here today. Spring is definitely taking her time. Blessings dear. Catherine xo

Love crocus' but didn't see any here this year. Guess I didn't look in the right places!
ReplyDeleteOooh! Love the crocuses! There are hints of green buds here, after the rain (and SNOW!!).
