A is for American Flag

Are you ready to start a brand new round of Alphabe Thursday? We're kicking it off today with the letter A!

I'm keeping it simple and classic with a round up of American flag photos that I've taken in the Milwaukee area this past year. Enjoy.

my neighborhood, June 2013

Boerner Botanical Gardens, June 2013

Whitefish Bay, July 2013

Wisconsin Capitol, Madison, August 2013

downtown Milwaukee, September 2013

Racine, WI, October 2013

Lake Park, February 2014

VA Grounds, April 2014

  1. I love the composition of the first one at the VA Grounds, and how you just focused on the first flag in the row. Just beautiful!

  2. Excellent post since Memorial Day is coming up! I love to see the flag waving in the wind, like that second shot. The monument in the last pic must be really tall....

  3. love how the billowing of the flag looks. And the state flag kinda looks like the Oklahoma flag, which is a round shield with feathers on a blue background! {:-D
