Sydney has a beautiful Etsy shop. She makes lots of beaded flowers like this Tahitian Vanilla and Berry - ivory and red-violet - handmade beaded hair flower.
(Is anyone else annoyed by how the treasury format keeps getting larger? I couldn't fit the titles into my screen captures for these treasuries!)
