Last year I wrote an article about kid and baby Halloween costumes that has been very well received.
If you're going to make costume(s) this year, it is definitely not too early to start planning. Here are a new crop of ideas to get you thinking. Many of these designs can be adapted for adults, children, or babies.

Halloween isn't very big over here, but if it were I'd definitely wear the Mary Poppins outfit :)
