D is for Dandelions

Are you ready for another round of Alphabe Thursday? Let's go!

I'm keeping it short and simple today with some favorite photos of dandelions. I know that we all need an extra pop of color this time of year. I think that dandelions are extremely underrated, and I enjoy photographing them. It isn't hard to find them in this area of the country so the photo opportunities are abundant during the spring and summer.

Also, for those of you who are shocked that I didn't revisit D is for Duck today, I will share a plethora of new duck photos for Q is for Quack instead for this go around.

Check out what the other Alphabe participants posted for the letter D this week right here!

  5. Seeing these pictures makes me extra sad about the snow, haha. I'm not sure how cold it is up by you, but here it's been single digits so of course nothing is melting. SIGH.

  7. I wonder if I have dandelions blooming under the recent snow we received... I took a pix of one shortly before the snow and ice began falling.

  8. i was brought up to think that dandelions were a weed, because mom and dad hated them in their lawn, but hubby lived in Missouri and they were everywhere and he likes them! anyway, I like them now too, I think they are pretty. Lovely pictures!
