August Color Combination Inspiration, Round 1

I have another great round of color combinations to share with you today. I hope that you're able to find something here that sparks a new idea of some sort for your creative endeavors. As always, I've done my best to mix up the subjects that I feature. You can pull color combinations from any source for literally any type of creative project.     Oooh, that slate / raspberry skirt looks comfy! I have a pair of sneakers it would look awesome to wear with to hip hop class.

    Edi's combination in that top photo is just gorgeous--perfect for a brunch or bridal shower. My recommendation next time around, inspired by Edi's colors, is raspberry and lemon yellow.

    Love the purple and orange! I like them all actually! How about peridot and purple since it's my birthstone and my family color? :)

    I love the slate and raspberry!
    As fall nears I'm thinking about rich colors...how about gold and maroon.

    Dearest Rose, I am thinking the purples.
    I do like the deep colors. The colors are very important and will set the tone of the occasion. It is important to choose them carefully. I love when a color is chosen that is not traditional for a project or occasion. It brings new life. Blessings dear. Catherine xo

    I just realized I looked at this earlier and forgot to comment! It's pretty funny, but I have a pair of longer-length white shorts like that and a sleeveless shirt in just about that same blue. Actually, I have two deep blue sleeveless shirts and one that's a bit more aqua! I guess blue and white really is my combo.
    I love those ombre curtains in the last photo! They're really cool.
