1) Meet Me at the Corner
One of our block's cross streets is on the diagonal. It makes for a lot of properties with very interesting shapes around us. This is one of my favorites. I would love to know what this building was originally and what those apartments look like one the inside.
2) Mother Nature Meets Technology
I am very curious to see what other people post for this prompt. It's so creative! My father-in-law sells Toro products at his True Value so that's what we have for our house. This is one newest addition: the Toro weed whacker. (And no, it was not free, but we did get a discount.)
3) One Step at a Time
As I had been contemplating, I did use our Best Buy rewards dollars to pay for a large chunk of this new memory card. Hopefully this will be the first step in a larger camera upgrade project. This is the card that I got. I was assured by several people that this is the best non-major brand to go with for a memory card (i.e. not Sandisk). So far so good.
4) What's Wrong With This Picture?
Where did the kitty head go? Just when you think you've seen it all, they try something new!
5) Standing Tall
Jake had Wednesday off this week, and we went to the zoo for a while in the afternoon. We got to observe giraffe feeding time.
Check out Ashley's blog to see what other people submitted for the themes this week.
Here's my shot for I Heart Macro.
Now that I'm on a quest to use as many original photos as ever for my HubPages articles, I've been taking even more random photos than usual.

ReplyDeleteLoving the kitty hiding behind the box and the giraffe look very cute!
Okay, this will sound really insane, but when I first saw the blueberries I wasn't looking that closely and I thought they were eyeballs. (Methinks I need more coffee.)
