A couple weeks ago I got to spend the first truly warm spring Friday that we had in Milwaukee for 2013 attending a wedding and reception for one of Jake's co-workers and wandering and taking pictures in the city with a friend. I am look forward to more of these afternoons out the city as this weather becomes a more regular thing and my schedule allows for me to get out more.
I am sure that this is not an original composition idea, but I think that it's pretty cool.
Great photos Rose! I really like the two bottom building ones! I always enjoy seeing you and Jake enjoying good times with friends too! You look great!

Looks like you had a great time at the wedding and lucky you for having perfect weather for taking photos! The university area looks wonderful!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun! Now that the weather is finally nice, I can't wait to get out and take some pictures with my brand new camera that just arrived yesterday!
ReplyDeleteYou look absolutely beautiful, I might add!
Love the budding trees amid the sky-scape! Lovely! But then, I do prefer nature over other types of photography.
ReplyDeleteNice collection of photos Rose! I love all your architecture shots.

Fabulous photos! I especially love the one with the buildings reflected in the windows of another building.
ReplyDeleteAwww what a fun day. It has been pretty amazing weather here in my neck of the woods too. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos - all of them. :) I love the buildings and those last few look like you're having a great time.
ReplyDeleteThe wedding looks like a great time!
ReplyDeleteLove the photo with the buildings in the reflection of the other building...so cool!
I can't remember if we've talked about this before, but did you go to Marquette? My BFF went there and loved it.
ReplyDeletea great set of photos!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it fun to explore with a camera?!
I love your pics. It's like being on the adventure with you.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, I loved seeing a photo of you and Jake! Your black dress is lovely. Secondly, I wanted to mention the first photo--is that building being restored, added on to, or being built from scratch? In any event, it's huge--I'm afraid of heights, and can't imagine being on top of that building to work on it! My favorite building photo, though, is the one where you caught the beautiful reflections of other buildings. Spectacular!
