Grant Park

Last month I made it down to Grant Park in Milwaukee for the first time. This was a great excursion. It certainly won't be the last time that I visit and take photos. Enjoy.

Grant Park has a lot of beautiful birch trees.

As I was getting ready to leave, I had the great random opportunity to take this final photograph.

Have you been taking photographs in any new locations lately?

  3. I love the first shot with a little peek of the water. Nice little surprise.

I'll be photographing new items soon, so that's kind of like a location. Haha.

  6. It's crazy to me that's a lake because it looks so much like the ocean!

I really like the shot of the new buds.

  8. Looks like you had a beautiful day in the park to take photos! I love the beach scene! I noticed a lot of the photos are in the popular color combo of blue and brown. :)

  9. I'm amazed at these great lakes of ours - I've never been to them before. Those ducks look like they're in salt water! Love the little creek near the end of your blog, and those deer! {:-D

  11. I agree with Duni--I like the different textures in these photos. I think you can also feel them, from the way you shot the photos.
